Precision Oncology at the Molecular Level
Mojo BioPharma's Onco Sciences division is advancing sirexatamab and antisense mRNA technologies to target cancers with unmet medical needs — striking at the genetic roots of malignancy.
Our Oncology Approach
Cancer is fundamentally a disease of dysregulated gene expression. Our Onco Sciences division combines two powerful modalities — antibody-based therapy with sirexatamab and antisense mRNA technology — to target oncogenic drivers with precision that conventional chemotherapy cannot achieve.
Sirexatamab represents a next-generation therapeutic antibody targeting a validated oncology pathway. Our antisense mRNA platform enables selective silencing of cancer-driving genes, offering a programmable approach to oncology that can be rapidly adapted to emerging resistance mechanisms and new tumor targets.

Onco Sciences Programs
Sirexatamab is our lead oncology asset, a therapeutic antibody currently in Phase I clinical development for solid tumors. The program targets a validated oncogenic pathway with a differentiated mechanism of action, designed to overcome resistance mechanisms that limit existing therapies.
- Phase I clinical stage
- Solid tumor indication
- Differentiated mechanism of action
- Resistance-overcoming design
MBP-AS1 leverages our proprietary antisense mRNA technology to selectively silence oncogenic drivers in hematologic cancers. The platform's programmability enables rapid target adaptation and combination potential with existing standard-of-care regimens.
- Antisense mRNA modality
- Hematologic malignancy focus
- Programmable target selection
- Combination therapy potential
The Antisense mRNA Platform
Antisense mRNA technology works by designing short oligonucleotide sequences complementary to target messenger RNA transcripts. When these antisense sequences bind their targets, they trigger degradation or block translation — effectively silencing the oncogenic gene. Our platform incorporates proprietary chemical modifications that enhance stability, cellular uptake, and target specificity while minimizing off-target effects.
